EXPOTROF EXCLUSIVE – HOTEL EDITION @HotelBrain ACADEMY

The first exclusive event for Tourism and Hospitality professionals took place on Monday 27 November at the Hotelbrain Academy premises.

EXPOTROF EXCLUSIVE – HOTEL EDITION is the first of a series of events in which producers present their premium products to tourism and catering professionals.

In the modern facilities of Hotelbrain Academy, tourism and catering professionals had the opportunity to taste the exquisite products of 16 Greek producers in an exclusive B2B event and to enter into direct commercial agreements with them. The products presented at EXPOTROF EXCLUSIVE – HOTEL EDITION were selected to meet the needs of the Greek breakfast. Olive oil with chocolate, spices with citrus aromas, traditional butter, puff pastry, tea and drinks, olives, thyme honey, spoon sweets and of course quality pasta, seafood and sausages were presented by the 16 producers of the event, giving their own suggestions for a complete menu.

The EXPOTROF EXCLUSIVE event aims to bring together in each action the most remarkable proposals for hotels, accommodation, restaurants, wine bars and bistros, with a basic characteristic of localness, authenticity and quality.
