Aris Hatziantoniou

Aris Hatziantoniou belongs to the category of bartenders who turn a simple drink into a work of art. With over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, he started his career in 1997 and since then he has left an indelible mark in the field of bartending. He has presented and trained bartenders in more than 35 countries worldwide, winning distinctions in national bartending competitions and honorary awards from universities for the application of scientific techniques in food service.

He is currently a Global Ambassador Bartender for Metaxa, while he also holds the position of Bar Manager at the Dipnosofistirion Group. As a Leading Bartenders Society Ambassador for the Karoulias company, he plays an important role in promoting the profession, while he is a columnist in F.L.A.G. magazine and a judge in bartending competitions in Greece and abroad. Creator of MoMix Cocktails and co-creator of MoMix Bars, offering innovative mixology experiences, as well as the creator of Mr. Goodmix.
